In this way, the dots per inch and the quality of output are not good as well. Also, it needs to use the specialized tools to modifying. It is very hard to set up which means this method should be improved. SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)which is from a XML-based 2D Graphics standard on the Web. Using SVG on the Web GIS can provide all the advantages of the XML, including readability, reusability and interoperability. It overcomes some existing problems of map-based Web GIS such as proprietary formats, lack of interoperability, and the separation of spatial and semantic attributes. This research focuses on studying Real Estate Information for Web GIS interaction. Because customer's satisfaction is always the priority, we use existing information technology to shown several kinds of houses appearance. Through SVG new technology - the graph and animation on Web, we can find the better vision design form of house to demonstrate that it is benefit on Web GIS application when using the semantic SVG map.
