In the past, the company always tries every possible means to make the manufacturing cost reduce constantly while making the products but it will make the quality of product is getting worse. Meanwhile, the company should pay amount of money to repair the product, the most important is the damage on reputation is potential and have huge influence on the company. With the environment of increasing awareness of the needing to improve quality, the products and service with high quality is the objective of enterprise. This thesis describes a method for the optimization of the minimum manufacturing and post-manufacturing costs in which the variation/cost functions and design functions are relevant. And conclude with a discussion of the methods that can solve the mixed integer, non-linear programming problems.
