The enterprises are going to obtain sustainable business will have to reconsider that how to innovate and create about product research and development and production technologies to compete with competitors.
In the recent year, the automotive and PC information industries have changed to use the way of modular design and production in the manufacturing field. But the mobile communication industry in Taiwan is gradually transformed business model from OEM to ODM, and the decision-making power of production technology has been grown in strength than past, as well as the abilities of customization for modular design and production.
This research is to deliberate upon how to use the regularly modular design of supply chain to the research and developing field for mobile communication product with very shorten life cycle characteristics, to effectively reduce the developing schedule and quality control to prevent the loss through delay in the phase of research and development.
