The surfactant have been synthesized by the reaction of propylene glycol(PG)、tripropylene glycol(TPG) 、polypropylene glycol (PPG M.W. =700, 1000)、triethyl orthoformate (TEOF) and polyoxyethylene stearyl ether. FTIR, 1H-NMR and element analysis have been used to confirm the structure of these compounds. We used buffer solution pH=4,7,10 to observe the degradation of products under acidic, neutral or alkaline conditions. The structure change of these cleavage products was confirmed by FTIR analysis.
