Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 94 === Based on the Fuzzy Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this study applies to the instructional evaluation, to construct an on-line instructional evaluated system to improve the results of rationality. Confirm the practicability of prototype system, via case study, gets three conclusions: (1) simplify the process to improve the efficiency of evaluation; (2) favor teachers to improve the teaching performance; (3) enable students to understand self-study state more clearly even more. After implementing the prototype system, there are three points in the contribution of this research: (1) for the evaluated processes, improves the objectivity and rationality that users assess the questionnaire; (2) for teachers, to enhance the teaching performance; (3) for students, finds out about the situation of self-study. Suggestion given to the education circle: (1)to national compulsory education, it is a very important indicator to reach the teaching goal, however, to university education, because of teaching melts independently, but mention few; (2)current evaluative system is to rely mainly on teacher, and it can’t find out about the study situation of learners’. This research can be regarded as a way to strength the completeness of the system. Propose the direction of future research: (1)strengthen the functions of decision support of our prototype system further, in order to help the teacher to draft the suitable teaching goal; (2) consider relevant evaluative methods to add-in our prototype system to strength it’s functionality;(3) deepen the assessment level of the teaching goal and collect more indicators used to evaluate the studying performance, it would improve the accuracy of instructional evaluation.
