Process parameters considered in this study are the extrusion temperature, the extrusion initial speed, the extrusion final speed and the lubricants. Orthogonal array was used to design the experimental sequence. Mechanical property tests were carried out on the extruded tubes, then ANOVA technique was used to analyze the data of extruded tubes. We try to find out the connection between the process parameters and the mechanical properties of the products.
