Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 94 === It is a world tendency that the procurement of public works adopt the Design-Build mode in substitute for the traditional engineering design-bid-build, especially after the promulgate of 「government procurement」and「DB implementation means」, which enable the DB procurement to have the law origin basis and many relevant cases have implemented in recent years and accumulated lots of experience. The level detail of preliminary design owner formulated in the phase of preparation is involved in whether goes smoothly in the phase of bidding and fulfilling contract, or dispute occurrence. The owner need to formulate a suitable level for preliminary design. If the design has an excessively lot percent of completion, then it may limit the creativity and the construction feasibility and increase the opportunity of change orders. If the design has a low completion percent, then it may not guarantee quality and evaluation will be more complex. However the research of the level detail of preliminary design is really few domesticially, mostly formulate by the experience of owners and professional consultants, and there has no system analysis to get project’s suitable design completion percent. This research is first carried on the discussion of the factors which influence the level detail preliminary design. And then we use the data by interviewing the professional and questionnaire survey and the method of FAHP to acquire each influence factor’s fuzzy weight; After that we propose alternative scheme of different detail degree, then compute the total scoring points of alternative scheme by adding the scoring points of influence factor of each alternative scheme and with the fuzzy weight. The highest scoring points of alternative scheme represent the best level detail of preliminary design. Finally, a case study by a proceeding mass rapid transportation (MRT) civil engineering for an example, the most suitable level detail of preliminary design for each main item of works is found.
