碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 94 === In Taiwan, severe patients miss their valuable first-aid time because ambulances, hospitals and the location information of patients are not effectively integrated. For example: a young girl lost her life because the ambulance transported her more than one hundred kilometers far to another hospital instead of her residential Taipei city which has abundant medical resources. To prevent the misfortune happens again, this research considers three factors of ambulances, patients and hospitals medical resources. We use the Ajax and JavaScript technology to access the Taiwan’s satellite map for finding the accident location. We also base on doctor’s suggestion and information from these relatively emergency medical books, we build the emergency medical inference rules, and use this rules to develop an intelligent emergency medical expert system for solving the drawback of the traditional emergency transport in Taiwan. This research is to use techniques to reduce this possibility of occurrence of the fatal error in emergency medical system. This system is aimed at the drawback of emergency medical system in Taiwan. By using the emergency medical expert system for mobile device, we let emergency medical technicians (EMT) simply find out the suitable hospitals for severe patients and increase the chances of severe patient’s survival rate.
