碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 94 === The policy of Military Maintenance Outsourcing of Ministry of National Defence to the goal of national defense industry being rooted in commons is practicable, although accord with the whole people''s benefit, because domestic aerospace industry''s environment has changed for the worse, government towards national defense''s independent idea have new thought, will serious affect case company’s future development of the business in Avionics industry, cause much impact to this company seriously, in addition, domestic maintenance market in Avionics industry of existing military plane to maintain the high competition, and under the relative resource and dispersive situation, how to integrate case company''s resource, create strategies that win, already become this company current important issue. This research is to link the impact to the case company of the policy of Military Maintenance Outsourcing as the research object, and construct out industry''s interactive model with the interactive viewpoint of the system, is used to annotate the operational structure of Avionics maintenance industry. By means of the industry’s development process, inquire into the external force that the industry suffers and interfere the phenomenon, propose the strategies and suggestion of the industry to the case company. The concrete result of this research, except proposing the key process that government should be capable and laboring under the policy of Military Maintenance Outsourcing, also propose the strategies of the industry to the case company, finally, bring up several concrete suggestions, for the reference of government administration and the strategies established by the case company. besides, the related company in domestic industry may also according to this findings inquire into, how to with the case company''s complementary, can create the win-win strategies.
