| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 94 === In recent years, the domestic bills financial market presents the situation of shrinking, although can understand and is caused by economic depression, but cause the reason to decline may not be only a prosperous result that declines, should understand actively whether bills financial market changes structurally, and then adopt the strategy of reacting. This study on which factors would decide the term of the domestic enterprises to issue the commercial paper 〈CP2〉, design the questionnaire, collect the materials, suppose and verify, and then observe the psychology of the participants of both sides of debit and credit on the domestic bills financial market, it is analyzed that the mutual one is related, propose the conclusion and suggestion.
This study proves the following results:
1.The change of enterprise's management environment is one of the important decisive factors of the term while influencing enterprises to issue CP2.
2.On the bills financial market, it is necessary to improve the service quality of the non-price competition again, and is also one of the important decisive factors of the term while influencing enterprises to issue CP2.
3.The finance of the enterprises, consider the financial affairs needed in the cash cycle, the management affairs which creates enterprise's value is considered, is also one of the important decisive factors of the term while influencing enterprises to issue CP2.
4.The persons who determine more belong to the bounded rationality, the personal emotion is one of the decisive factors of the term while influencing enterprises to issue CP2 too.
This study also gave us a suggestion about management:
1. It is can't no doubt be ignored while considering the price contract, but bounded rationality influence will indeed affect enterprise mangers' willingness to have business with financial institutions.
2.It is hearty to establish the business relationship.
3.The change of the external environment, will cause a succession of changes, in the loan of the financial institutions, the finance of the enterprises and personal decision behavior, etc…
