Meanwhile, it banned use of toxic substances in information and electronic products and demanded recycling wastes. Those world-class information giants have followed suit in environmental protection and put into effect thoroughly into information products, totally foiling the previous specifications on the grounds of safety specifications and reliability and prompting huge green products based reforms in a row. The concept of Green Environmental Protection (Green EP) has become one of the major goals of civilized country. Such concept has been globalized, and the effect is ubiquitous. Taiwan, as a member of the global industrial supplier chain, can not leave alone the issue no matter for the purpose of sustainable development or the continuous of business opportunities in the market. As a matter of fact, if Taiwan can catch the trend of green product, and to face this second industrial revolution in the early stage, it shall be able to create another market and develop new business opportunities. The present study conducts in-depth interview and alongside reorganization of literature and environment and environmental protection oriented issues, It, meanwhile, probes into four case companies. It satisfactorily implements the green purchasing management model for the information technology industry. Further with case and empirical explanation to orient the applicability of the model, it effectively brings down and solves enterprises in risk and pressure in the supply chains. It provides other industries with conductive and handy reference in breaking through the non-tariff trading barrier and subsequent promotion of the environment protection related issues.
