The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between Person-organization fit, life adjustment and learning performance. In addition, whether a cadets’ proactivity behaviors could moderate the relation between Person-organization fit (before one month) and Person-organization fit (after four months).The study were based on longitudinal designs. Subjects were selection from 300 freshmen of six military colleges. Subjects needed be measured two times 4 months apart . the conclusion were:
(1)There are partial differences between Person-organization fit (before one month) and Person-organization fit (after four months).
(2) The correlation between Person-organization fit (before one month)and life adjustment was no significantly, but Person-organization fit (before one month) and learning performance had negative correlation. The correlation between Person-organization fit (after four months) and life adjustment was positive, but Person-organization fit(after four months) and learning performance had negative correlation.
(3) Person-organization fit (after four months) did not mediate the relationship between Person-organization fit (before one month) ,life adjustment and learning performance.
(4) Proactivity behaviors about action only moderated the relationship between Person-organization fit (before one month) and Person-organization fit(after four months).
