Therefore, legal issues for the internet activity have occurred.
For enterprises, trademark has played very important role in the commercial activity. With the increasing frequency of internet activity, the importance of trademark is also increasing in the field of internet.
Since the “first come, first serve” has been adopted by the domain name administrative organization, without substantial examination for the domain name registration, there are many trade name or trademark have been cyber-squatted and occurred various controversial issues. However, there is no related legal regulation for the domain name at present. Therefore, it is inevitable for the conflict between domain name and trademark, especially for the trademark issues. This theme would like to research and study the issues between the domain name and trademark, and attempt to find out proper protecting measurement on legal system.
