However, more and more proprietors change their investment focusing on the extra-curriculum teaching and make efforts on such marketing for more schools' participation on establishing the foundation of everlasting operation in order to overcome the problem of sparse tourists during weekdays. This research targeted the elementary schools’ teachers and who ever made their one-day extra-curriculum teaching on Hsin-Chu Old Pot Farm. The questionnaire was designed by collecting some scholars' documents regarding the extra-curriculum teaching and the willingness of revisit and referring the opinions of the proprietors and the teachers. Among the questionnaires by convenience sampling, there turned in Four Hundred and Two (402) valid samples. The purpose of this study is to find out the diversity of teachers with different background whose anticipation and satisfaction with the extra-curriculum teaching site and the relationship between their satisfaction and willingness of revisit on such site. Also, it used IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) mode to analyze the anticipation and satisfaction of the elementary schools’ teachers to the extra-curriculum teaching site for providing the proprietors to improve their management. According to the research and analysis, the results found out: 1.The teachers with different background mostly showed the obvious diversity of  the anticipation of the extra-curriculum teaching site. 2.The teachers with different background mostly showed the obvious diversity of  the satisfaction with the extra-curriculum teaching site. 3.Teachers' highly satisfying with the traffic safety, the security of the curriculum, the service package, DIY arrangement and facility providing information predicts the willingness of revisit. 4.The research regarding anticipation and satisfaction under IPA came out teachers' high anticipation but in fact low satisfaction from the inappropriateness of curriculum arrangement at rainy time and the contents resigned on the learning sheet. It threatens proprietors on developing their business and needing urgent improvement.
