Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 圖文傳播暨數位出版學研究所(含碩專班) === 94 === Soy ink with both good printing quality and environmental property. The aim of study is in order to understand the offset printabilities of soy ink, including dynamic emulsion stability, static emulsion property, viscosity, drying rate, printing density, glossness, hue error, grayness. The study adopted soy ink and traditional ink to compare printability. In the experiment use Digital Inkoscope, viscosity meter, static Emulsion Duke Tester, drying rate tester, density meter, Novo-glossmeter to measure. The study revealed, in the runnability, dynamic emulsion stability of ink, in offset printing, the stability of soy ink is about 0.905 gram-meter, and in web printing is about 1.4 gram-meter both better than traditional ink, so easier to cause some problems such as scumming , mottle, dot gain, and low printing density, etc. Static emulsion property of ink, the emulsion rate of soy ink is 29.6% higher than traditional ink, but cyan of soy is about 38.3% exceed the acceptable range, easier to pickup too much water, and cause dot gain, drying slowly, scumming, low printing density, etc. The viscosity of ink, soy ink is 209.64 and 217.82poise higher than traditional ink, easier to cause ink not transfer well, but not cause to transfer ink too much, ink misting, dot gain, etc. The drying rate, soy ink with longer drying time 12.6 hours than traditional ink , easier to cause printings set-off. In the printability, the printing density, cyan 2.492, magenta 2.562, yellow 1.73, black 2.576 of soy ink is higher than traditional ink, so the printing color is more colorful. The printing hue error and grayness, soy ink is lower or similar to traditional ink, so the color of ink revealed more colorful and light. The printing glossness of ink, soy ink is about 53.39% and 57.34% lower than traditional ink 62.4%.
