Adopt CMM examine the appearance via reverse concept of project on one hand, carry on the sample 3D outline scanning of the bumper bar, make a group of materials of point of the appearance , sets up curved surface through Pro/Engineer software, and then utilize PowerINSPECT automatic detection system to carry on error analysis , can build and construct 3D entity's model . Analysing the respect in auxiliary project of the computer, adopts the mould to flow and analyse software Moldflow Mold Advisers, the simulation finished product shoots the situation, reduce the time and cost to try the mould . Taguchi method is to flow and test with the model whose number of times probes into the bumper bar of experiment at least, and find out the optima factor of performance according to the experiment analysis result, quality of the shaping optimization that the bumper bar penetrates in order to improve. Collide and analyse that the respect is to stick the emergency rule on the bumper bar, collide , the data that are and then finished with ANSYS simulation are compared , and utilize the rule of accelerating to assault the experiment , can know the position easy to produce and damage after the bumper bar is struck while matching Taguchi method, and then find out about its security range, the result of this experiment can be regarded as the reference material of product design.
