To review document, about probe into manpower working pressure, appointment of personnel after simplifying, lead behavior and organize relevant still rare research, so, this research into five problems mainly: 1.situation of working pressure correctly of demographic parameter. 2. situation to behavior of leading of personnel's demographic parameter. 3.situation that appointment personnel's demographic parameter promises to the organization . 4.military appointment personnel's influence on commitment of organizing of working pressure . 5. the behavior of leading of military appointment personnel to organizing the influence promised. Research this with working pressure, lead behavior for independent variable, working pressure for depend on research structure of parameter , working pressure consults such scholars as Cooper,etc. mainly ( 1988)Study,it lead behaviors to be mainly reference Bass ( 1985) Research,promise and organization consult Porter,etc. scholar mainly ( 1974) Research. This research adopts questionnaire investigation, the personnel engaged in maintenance actually to the air force D logistic command post are research objects, grant 326 questionnaires altogether, 256 effective questionnaires, effective rate of reovery 86.77. The study is found: 1.Demographic parameter pairs of working pressure, class, age and service seniority, marital status show difference. To showing no difference as sex, education degree, unit. 2.Leader's behavior except that age and service seniority and unit show difference. To showing no difference as sex, education degree, class, marital status. 3.The demographic parameter is right to organize the commitment respect, class, age and service seniority, unit and marital status show difference.
