In this paper we analyze the requirements and propose a framework to design such a RFID middleware. In this study, we explored the possible applications of using RFID to support school management. And in order to develop the RFID campus information management system, we applied the spiral model for system design. The spiral model has the advantage to reduce the risk for the project. And based on the framework, the system device can be separated from the system using the layer structure.
