Making use of reverse micelles as a micro-reactor , exchange the reactants inside micelles rapidly by collision between micelles , and prepare environment for nano scale particles grow into nucleon with this method. Making use of ferrous sultate (FeSO4 ) as precursor salt , sodium boron hydride (NaBH4 ) as reduced reagent , CTAB as surfactant , N-butanol as auxiliary surfactant , N-octane as oil phase , water as dispersion phase. The whole experiment process is controlled under 25℃ , we could discuss the effect of the weight percentage of CTAB、concentration of FeSO4 and NaBH4 on the size and formation rate of Fe-core/Au-shell Nano scale particles by changing weight percentage of surfactant. Preparing Fe-core/Au-shell Nano scale particles with the equipment self-made successfully under normal pressure environment without glove box , and we could confirm that the products are Fe-core/Au-shell Nano scale particles by analysis results of TEM、XRD、UV、EDX、SQUID.
