This study investigates the relationships among leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. After reviewing the literature, leisure lifestyle was categorized into ” work-enjoy”, “homebody”, “sport-loving”, “outdoor-recreations”, “Fictitious-player”, “social-orientationists” and quality of work life was categorized into “company's system”, “family and work”, “working environment”, “interpersonal relationships”, “work rank and honour”, “wages and welfare”, “man-hour and work load”. According to 192 effective questionnaires and using descriptive statistics and structural equation model to analysis the relationships among leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. The research results are following: 1. Different demography is related to leisure lifestyle and quality of work life. 2. Leisure lifestyle is positively related to quality of work life. 【Keywords】: leisure lifestyle, quality of work life, structural equation model
