| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 資訊工程與科學系 === 94 === With the fast development of internet and information technology, people can very easily get the digital content over the network. The shortcoming of digital content can be Duplicated very fast and a copy and original one are the same. So anyone can distribution digital content over internet without copyrights. To solve digital content from being coped and distributed in a free way, digital rights management technology is used for the previous problem. In this thesis, we use windows media rights manager to prevent piracy and let different users have different permissions to play digital content. We hope to make use of protection of digital content, it will raise our confidence to digital copyright transactions, then it will increase the output value of digital content industries.
