UV Curable Epoxy resin contains CELLOXIDE 2021P as reactive monomer. CHIVACURE 1176 as cation photoinitiator,and added 0.5%、2%、4.5%、7% respectively at 25、35、45、55°C. After uv curing process, we can use numerical analysis to investigate the uv curing kinetic by DPA. The formation increased the concentration of photoinitiator CHIVACURE 1176 with an increase in curing rate and conversion before add the optimal concentration of photoinitiator. When the curing rate and conversion were increased by reaction temperature increasing gradually. At the mechanical property,we can detect that the adhesion and hardness of 2021P is higher than 2081. In this study, it’s not evident to increase pencil hardness for the concentration of photoinitiator increasing. The adhesion of coating on the substrates was PI film>Aluminum>Glass>Acry.
