This paper studies the load management programs for Nankang Software Park Ⅱ which is the high voltage industrial consumer of Taiwan Power Company (TPC). The load management shall satisfy the safe and reliable conditions as well as the load demand that it can make the highest profit by reducing the total electricity charge. TPC also can maintain more electricity capability to provide other consumers at the same time. Nankang Software Park II owns Thermal Energy Storage Air-Conditioning System (TES), Continuous Power Supply System (CPS) and Emergency Generator (EG). It’s able to shift load from peak to off-peak ability. Using TES strategy by TPC, it may take 25% off in off-peak the minimum total electricity charge. CPS and EG provide the energy in time of peak load interval. Genetic algorism, the way of excellent multi-route full field random search, has the ability to skip optimal local solution then find total optimal solution. This thesis aims on using genetic algorism to find optimal contact capacity for users in Nankang Software Park II according to time-of-use rates by TPC to solve electricity cost and CPS and EG minimum cost. More, it’s able to develop the best contact capacity. At last, the thesis is revaluated the profit of interruptible rate by TPC in order to save the cost of electricity. The research based on No.1 interruptible rates with gene algorithm to estimate the optimal contact capacity, satisfying the electricity demand for casual usage and air-conditioning of Nankang Software Park II with TES or EG. It’s revealed that one-year electricity cost as 71,268,287 NTD with peak contact capacity as 8000kW modified into 7824kW as peak contact capacity and 6000kW as curtail contact capacity saving at most. It’s reduced 5.81%, NTD 4,144,040, of one-year electricity cost.
