| Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育科技學系碩士班 === 94 === The purpose of this study is to evaluate the training effectiveness of Insurance Industry. The investigation is conducted by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire comprised of three parts (1) degree of training satisfaction, (2) degree of attainment of learning abjective, (3) degree of change behavior.
The rearch questionnaires are sent to 855 subjects and 664 are returned with 77.7% rate of reture. The research analyzes the data of the questionnaire by statistics package software SPSS and abtain the results of training evaluation. The results show that the overall effectiveness of the SR-Middle Course of PCA Life Assurance is positive. Finally, the research draws the conclusions and suggestions to PCA Life Assurance and further study.
