ndltd-TW-094TMTC03280082015-10-13T10:38:06Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/62024082461252983791 The Effect of Filial Therapy on a Mother-Daughter Relationship and the Daughter's Behavior: A Case Study 親子遊戲治療團體對一對母女親子關係與兒童行為影響之研究 Ying Ting Chen 陳穎亭 碩士 臺北市立教育大學 教育心理與輔導研究所 94 Abstract This research use ”The Effect of Filial Therapy on the Mother-Daughter Relationship and the Daughter's Behavior: A Case Study” as a topic。 The purposes of the study are to understand the influence of the group to the mother-daughter relationships and the daughter's behavior, and the interaction of their relationship and the child’s behavior。 This research is a case study。 The object is sieved by " Parenting Stress Index/Short Form (PSI/SF)" who gets the highest score is in the group。 The results of the study are as follows: 1。 The influence of the group to the Mother-Child relationship (1) The mother learn the skills of interacting with child from the play therapy such as empathy, establish a limit and choosing together etc。。 And they can make use of them in the daily life。 (2) The group provides the chance of the self-awareness, making the detect her original family influences her parenting, mother-child interaction and her view of treating her child’s behavior。 (3) The mother’s parenting attitudes tend to” Authoritative parenting attitude。” 2。 The influence of the group to child behaviors (1) The child progress in the variety of play, independence, the language expression, the motion control and self-confident ability after the filial therapy groups。 (2) The child’s sleep quality also shows improvement。 3。 Mother-Child relationship & the child’s behavior interact (1) The quality of the parent-children interaction will influence a child behavior。 If the interaction is positive the child will show her ability。 IF the interaction doesn’t give the child a sense of safety, the child’s sleep quality will be affected。 (2) If their relationship is too close, they will have separation anxiety。 And the group helps the mother to aware of their conditions。 (3) If the Child repeat her problem, the mother will show her helpless。 And if the condition is stable, the mother will have more energy to accept and contain the child, and their relationship will be harmonious。 葉貞屏 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 186 zh-TW |
