Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 體育研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to explore measures of authorities and cognition of PE teachers about physical activity risk management at elementary schools and to compare cognition difference of PE teachers from different background to build effective risk management strategies for all PE teachers at elementary schools. Questionnaires of “Cognition Survey of PE teachers about Risk Management” was distributed to 739 PE teachers in Tao-Yuan as the subjects of this study. The research methods included descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Besides, 9 PE administrators and 1 PE teacher were chosen to do semi-structured interview. Main findings were as follows: 1. Measures for physical activities risk management at elementary schools in Tao-Yuan county include: Health Examination, Students’ Fitness Test, Group Insurance for Students, Inspection of Equipments and Facilities Safety, Standard Procedures for Sport Injury. Non made Risk Management Plan which was suggested to be an evaluated item. 2. Cognition of teachers about risk management showed a medium or above degree. On average, teachers showed highest degree(M=4.15)in Personnel aspect and lowest degree in Administration support aspect. 3. Significant differences were found in gender, age, job, years of teaching, post, PE sessions per week, a PE teacher and also a coach, graduated subject and size of the school. 4. Strategies of risk management for elementary schools PE teachers include: Precaution of Events, Measures during Physical Activities, Necessary Action for Spot Injury and Actions Taken after Accident.
