The sample is 32 students from 3rd grade to 6th grade from Shin-Kuan elementary school. Besides, the people to be interviewed are not only 32 new immigrant children but also their teachers (17 persons) and parents (8 persons). This study uses the method of questionnaire, focus group interview and self-reflection journals. Data obtained in this study are analyzed by T-test, Mean, and Std. Deviation. The main findings are as follows: 1.The new immigrant children of Shin-Kuan elementary school in attachment relationship, self-concept and life adjustment behave well. 2.For interpersonal adjustment, the new immigrant children of Shin-Kuan elementary school from the irregular families behave not be worse than those from regular ones. 3.The new immigrant children of Shin-Kuan elementary school in family adjustment, the boys behave better than the girls. 4.The new immigrant children of Shin-Kuan elementary school in life-and-learning adjustment, their learning performance is related to parents’ attitude. Nationality is not a main effect. 5.The thinking about “the new immigrant fact” a.The Agreement of Thinking in Parents, Teachers and Students. i.Great relationship with teachers and classmates. ii.Parents have weak points in Chinese characters as well as teaching attitude. iii.Some children have inferior languages or attitude toward “Parents’ Nationalities”. b.The Agreement of Thinking in Teachers and Students Some children like to share the languages they learned. c.The Agreement of Thinking in Teachers and Parents i.About those from Mainland China and Southeast Asia countries, the new immigrant children from Mainland China behave well in teaching attitude. ii.The social status, to the new immigrant families, has a great influence in students’ performance. iii.To the new immigrant children, “Father” is the major effect. This objects of study in attachment relationship, self-concept and life adjustment approximately behave well. The result of interview is correspondence to the result of the questionnaire.
