Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 94 === This study attempts to investigate the current situations of principal’s technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness in elementary schools and to analyze the differences between principal’s technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness in personal variables and school environmental variables. Furthermore, it tries to explore the relationships between principal’s technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness. Finally, this study tried to verify these factors for prediction. This study employs the research method of questionnaire. The samples were 460 teachers selected from 34 public elementary schools in Taipei City. The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods such as: t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. These conclusions were summarized below: 1. The current conditions of principal’s technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Taipei City were good. 2. The general performance of principal’s technology leadership varied significantly from different seniority, position, school location or establishment date in Taipei City. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in gender, age or academic achievement. 3. The general performance of organizational learning varied significantly from different gender, age, seniority, position or school location in Taipei City. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in academic achievement or establishment date. 4. The general performance of school effectiveness varied significantly from different gender, age, seniority, position or school location in Taipei City. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in academic achievement or establishment date. 5. There were high positive canonical correlations between principal’s technology leadership, organizational learning and school effectiveness of elementary schools in Taipei City. 6. The principal’s technology leadership and organizational learning were proper indicators in predicting entire school effectiveness of elementary schools in Taipei City. 7. The principal’s technology leadership and organizational learning were proper indicators in predicting every dimension of school effectiveness of elementary schools in Taipei City. In the end, this research provided concrete advices for the reference of the educational authorities, elementary schools, principals and follow-up researchers.
