The study was conducted through the questionnaire survey—the questionnaire of “Elementary school teachers’ implementation of life education in Taipei.” The population was selected from the 518 full-time teachers of elementary schools in Taipei in the 94th academic year. Statistical techniques applied in the study were descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation percentage, independent samples t-test, one-sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA Scheffe’ multiple comparisons. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers in Taipei have a better understanding of the implementation of life education. 2. There are significant differences among teachers’ age, teaching years, teaching jobs on the implementation of life education. There are no significant differences among teachers’ gender, teachers’ educational background, the history of the school, the size of the school on the implementation of life education. 3. Life education implementation in elementary schools is greatly affected by the programmed teaching schedules in different teaching areas. 4. The way to better implement life education in elementary schools is to gather and integrate teachers’ teaching materials on life education to have more instruction resources. Based on the above results, some suggestions for educational authority, teachers, textbook publishers were provided at the end of the study.
