Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Miao-Li elementary school teachers’ perceptions on female principles’ leading role and school efficiency. The methods adopted by this study were literacy analysis and questionnaire investigation. The sample was based on thirty five primary schools which are leaded by female principles. Questionnaires were generally distributed to five hundred and fifty teachers. Mean standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and product-moment correlation of K. Pearson were utilized for data analysis. Within the scope of this study, the following conclusions were derived: 1. Miao-Li elementary school teachers’ perceptions on female principles’ leading role are: a model leader, a community leader, an executive leader, a curriculum leader, and a teaching leader. 2. Miao-Li elementary school teachers’ perceptions on school efficiency are: principle’s executive decision, executive communication and negotiation, school environment planning, teacher’s teaching quality, staff’s working sufficiency, supports from parents in the community, and student’s learning behavior. 3. Miao-Li elementary school teacher perceptions on female principles leading role are not different because of genders, ages, service years, and current positions. But the highest educational degree, schools’ locations cause obvious different perceptions on the female principles leading role. 4. Miao-Li elementary school teacher perceptions on school efficiency are not different because of genders. But ages, service years, current positions, the highest educational backgrounds, schools’ locations, and schools’ sizes cause obvious different perceptions on the school efficiency. 5.Miao-Li elementary school teachers perceptions on female principles’ leading role and school efficiency are highly positively relative.
