Therefore, the quality and the cost are the competition issues for aerospace factory. This research is to apply Taguchi method to the sheet metal hydro-forming in the optimal process and spring-back analysis. The purpose of this study is aimed to seek the optimum parameters for the highest quality performance with the minimal number of experiment. Searching for the impact factors of forming is the first phase. The factors of this control method include pressure value, die bestow placement, thickness of throw pads and flange bending by using. Taguchi method to look for a better control level. Experiment process and results are also discussed and presented. It is believed that the final set of parameters can improve the quality of sheet metal hydro-forming.
