The value activities of the traditional traders before is to buy and sell the goods from places to places. Most of them are on the middle place of the industry value chain. However, when Global concept rises, traditional traders must do something to maintain their competition advantage. They begin to provide more services. Not only on the middle of the value chain, but also try to enter the upstream and downstream of the value chain. They try to make the blue ocean by vertical integrating. But after traditional traders become integrated service providers, are there any factors that impact the value creation in the industry value chain? And can the factors be also suitable for other corporations? The research may provide the companies who want to enter the new market some good opinions or suggests. We try to find out how the leading company do to gain more benefits by interview the company. We can also see how they work so efficiently and profitable. We found out that “organization abilities,” “logistics service,” and “information system” may be the three most important strategic means that impact the service value most. The research is just try to make a start. We think there must be more important things can be recognized.
