It also reveals that the high power quality cannot be underestimated. Low power quality may damage the power equipment or electronic products. Three-Level Converter mentioned in this research is equipped with the characteristics of choosing the less pressure-proof components and it can improve current and voltage quality effectively. As for current quality, Three-Level Converter adopts Active Power Filter which can better harmonics and reactive power current. As for voltage quality, it adopts Dynamic Voltage Restorer which can effectively improve voltage swell, voltage sag and voltage disturbance. This research is going to use both simulations and experiment to test and verify the effectiveness of Three-Level Converter which can improve voltage and current quality and further advance the life with high power quality.
