Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 94 === This study aims at the mechanism dynamic simulation and analysis of multi-wheeled independent hydropeneumatic suspension system, provided that the multi-wheeled vehicle drives on various regular road conditions. This research designs a four-axle heavy vehicle according to the traffic regulations, for independent suspension system, choosing double wishbone type for the two front axles and trailing arm type for the two back axles. First, the 4-axle heavy vehicle is modeled by using the CAD software Solid Edge. Next, employing the CAE simulation software ADAMS to do dynamic simulation of independent hydropeneumatic suspension system, and obtain the vertical acceleration reaction curve of vehicle and the load curve of components of independent hydropeneumatic suspension system. Finally, to analyze the stress distribution on major components of independent hydropeneumatic suspension system with the FEM software ANSYS, and improves the strength of independent hydropeneumatic suspension system.
