| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 94 === The purpose of this study was to explore the conditions in recreational sports participation and constraints of the Athletic teams in the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (NUYST). “The questionnaire survey on Recreational Sport Participation and Constraint Factors for Athletic teams of National Yunlin University of Science & Technology” was adopted as a research instrument. There were 219 questionnaires completed and 219 returned; there were 208 out of 219 (or 94.97%) were valid.
Descriptive statistics, explore factor analysis, t- test, One-way ANOVA,
Scheffe-test were used for the major statistical techniques. As the results were shown:
1. The proportion of the Athletic teams who
participated in regular recreational sports
in NYUST is relatively high, 68.3%.
2. The Athletic teams of NYUST with different
background does not show significant variance
in their constraints of recreational sports.
3. The main recreational sport constraint of
Athletic teams is experience factor; The
primary recreational sport they participated
is fitness; Mostly, participated in
recreational sport in the afternoon.
