Besides, under the situation of gradual fullness of Taiwan buildings, the subjects about the recycle of historic buildings are discussed unceasingly. Historic buildings may be divided into two parts of public and private buildings, and the public historicity buildings occupy the most proportion. The methods of recycle implant to insert the new function to original historic buildings and produce the new life cycle to continue the old buildings. The new function meant the original space must be changed or be recovered by the modern material or the method and improve the original shortcoming. At the same time, the spatial change also affects the historic building physical environment, especially the interior sound environment. At present, the subjects of historic building recycle have a quite great deal of researches, but there are few researches about the building physics environment of historic buildings. By-and-by, after making the historic buildings recycle, interior sound environment will affect users directly or directly. Because of lack of the basic information, therefore, we should accumulate reference and suggestions to provide the future professionals. ■ Research procedure: 1、To collect and analyze the correlations literature and reference from domestic and foreign correlations literature, and to establish the research area and methods. 2、According to the measure items to precede pretest, to make sure the experiment project, to choice the case study, to investigate the fieldwork. Then, according to reference and technology measure methods, to establish the instrument operation pattern and the measure system. 3、To aim to analyze the results of interior sound environment in historic buildings by using the spectral analysis method; to induct and estimate the factors of interior sound environment by the regression analysis method; then, to advance the improvements and the following research suggestions of historicity buildings. ■ Research results: 1、After the analysis results, we can find out historic public buildings of Japanese ruling Period are mostly located on the main roads so they suffered the serious noise influence. 2、The historic public buildings of Japanese ruling Period were badly sound-insulated < the minimum is Stc-16; the maximum is Stc-26 >. 3、After the regression analysis ,the each interior sound environment target of reverberation time , Rapid STI and clarity presents the high relevance; the obvious influence of the interior volume with is long have obvious influence to the historic public buildings of Japanese ruling Period The primary strategies of the historic buildings reused and improved in the future are reverberation time , and Sound Transmission Class .
