Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 文化資產維護系碩士班 === 94 === The research is via the practitioners of high mountain agriculture, and the current phase, in which the viewpoint is zeroed in on environmental protection to discuss varied reappearance of the mountain-altitude agriculture. Through the development of mountain-altitude agriculture in historical retrospect, this article will discuss some individual action from the high mountain farmers’ points of view, which can become greater topic when Taiwan enters the era of global system of division of labors. Hence, study the plainsmen who turn into high mountain farmers, enter the producing areas where commercialized agriculture is the result of the capitalism, and know how to reach the production aim under the limited capital. The research can present the process of the practice of local knowledge, through which we should evaluate the producing efficiency of the mutual relationships between the profits of the yields and the preservation of the soil. Furthermore, agriculture cannot accumulate on purpose by means of constant exploitation of the land as a result of the agricultural producing peculiarities in different time, places, and seasons. Instead, it needs to develop personal local market knowledge and calculate the laws of cultivation in order to reach producing aim. Last but not least, the research is derived from the viewpoints of the Green Marxism to put forth the idea that high mountain agriculture can not only be discussed from the dual confrontations between environmental protection and spoiling water and land. On the contrary, we should go back to the track of the historical development, carrying on the judgment on regarding the ecological environment as the road to development. Hence, anew realize the producing relationships among man, nature and society.
