| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 94 === ROC military has been facing not only the change of ruses of war but also the shortage of defense resource over the past few years. The purpose of Revolution Military Affair (RMA) is to trim and streamline the military organization while maintain a certain level of quality. Under this circumstance, a massively information systems need to be built up so that the operations would be on the way to reach the efficiency. However, the system of operation has not been regulated in a standardization and rationalization way yet. In this thesis, the DoDAf, which has been used successfully in Department of Defense and government departments of U.S.A., is introduced at first. The R.O.C. military budget management system is used as the case study.
