The teaching systems of training still take self’s study and concept teaching as the core inside enterprises. But person who is newly employed lack the ways to study knowledge such as enterprise systematic procedure and on-line process. Except that reputable staff dictate, it is difficult to get more and relevant things that can study. There are Knowledge base management inside enterprises now, inside information is very abundant, but it seem insufficient for using as studying platform. In order to utilize the knowledge base system which already set up, let enterprise''s training efficiency be improved, it is an important subject.
Using case interview to analyze requirements of e-Learning system with every roles in IT department of an enterprise as a reference for improving e-learning system. Finally, e-learning system need increase some interface functions in order to strengthen the learning efficiency inside this unit, such as arrange courses, learning history, examination, and forums. Propose a method for using knowledge base as the supplementary reading material and an architecture for e-learning system which can be regarded as the reference of developing relevant systems.
