碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 兵器系統工程研究所 === 95 === This study is aimed at the future trend of military technology intellectual needs and the defense core capability. The software SPSS is used with the data of questionnaire surveys (which from student officers of Armed Forces College in National Defense University) in this study for the analysis of Test-Reset Reliability to investigate the reliability and validity. Delphi Technique and interview method are used simultaneously to analyze the differences between questionnaire surveys and expert interviews after the interviews are enlarged to 8 experts and 4 times an expert for increasing the ranges of expert interviews. According to the paragraphs 12 and 16 of National Defense Report of R.O.C in 2004 and 2006, the military capability of China against R.O.C. are compared with the data from questionnaire surveys and expert interviews for expectation on obtaining precisely the future needs of Critical Weapons, Critical Technologies, and the corresponding military technology intellectuals. The results can provide the datum on military affair building up fighting force to prepare against the war, technology education, military school combination.
