Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程所 === 95 === The aim of this study is to synthesize organized mesoporous TiO2 thin films, and discuss their application in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The study was divided into two parts:fabrication of TiO2 films and application to DSSCs. In the fabrication experiments, the highly-ordered thin films have been obtained efficiently by employing different solvents, precursors and finely tuning the fabricating conditions. Well-ordered TiO2 thin films can be obtained by using methanol as the solvent and aging at 4℃ for 30mins. FESEM、XRD、Raman and BET was employed to characterize the morphology, structure, crystallography and specific surface area of the mesoporous TiO2. In the application section, the TiO2 thin film was assembled with the Pt-sputtering counter electrode to form a cell for photoelectric properties measurement. The experimental results demonstrated that different solvents of electrolyte and reaction area will influence the overall light-to-electricity conversion efficiency(η). The best efficiency of the DSSCs in this study are 0.189%.
