碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 95 === This study mainly researches the effects and influence of the program, which is carried out by information Seed School of Education Ministry. The purpose is to evaluate the effects and influence of the information-learning program for teachers in junior Information Seed School. This program is carried out by Chia-Yi County, Chia-yi City and Yunlin County. They propose some concrete suggestions to be used for the improvement of this project. The process is based on the result of the reference analysis and the questionnaire. They analyze the effects of this learning project. In addition, they also offer some factors that can affect this project. The main source of information collection is questionnaire. The subjects are those teachers who participated in the junior Information Seed School in Chia-Yi County, Chia-yi City and Yunlin County from the years 2002 to 2006. Samples are draw from overall sampling.
