Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 95 === In order to realize the relationship between learning style and efficacy of the adult learners in the community institute of Yun Lin country. The researcher proceeded with a questionnaire to 375 respondents. The questions were “questionnaire on the relationship between learning style and the efficacy of the adult learning in the community institute of Yun Lin country”. The collected data was calculated with the following satisfied methods: twin-mean t-test, one way AVAONA, and multiple gradual regression analysis. The conclusion of this research: 1. The adult learners of Yun Lin community Institute represent the following styles of learning, the sequence from higher rate to lower is: Assimilation, Diffusion, Convergence, Adaptation. 2. The adult learners study at the Community situation have acquired high level of learning outcomes of the sub-level, from highest to lowest is: Satisfaction, Intention for continuous study and motives for learning. 3. Learners log in different curriculum show different tendency in learning outcomes. 4. There is significant distinction in learning outcomes a cording to diverse curriculum and site of learning. 5. There is significant relation between learning style and outcomes efficacy of learning, in adult learners at the country community institute. 6. Learning style of the adult learners shows a significant predictability. Suggestions: 1. Suggestions for local community institute: (1).Integrating and coordinating the curriculum and site resources for learning. (2).Planning letter curriculum and learning places which can better fit adult learners’needs. The environment should better function for the purpose of learning. (3).Implementing three sorts: curriculum instructors and teaching material, and the evaluation of the three elements. 2. to the adult learners: (1).Understanding your own learning style. (2).Being cautious in choosing learning site. 3. for future research: (1).Supplementing with qualitative approaches for study. (2).Increasing numbers of the target population. (3).Testifying and expanding the research tools.
