In-depth interviews was adopted in this study. Except two immigrant women, their neighbors and their children’s teachers were also interviewed. The data were analyzed by constant comparative and triangulation methods, and the results were identified as follows: 1. To improve their own and their family’s life style, the immigrant women chose to have the cross-culture marriages. Besides, the immigrant women were also influenced by their neighbors or relatives who got married in Taiwan and proud of their marriages. 2. After living in Taiwan, the immigrant women felt unadjusted and worried, especially the language comprehension was the most challenged thing. They did not feel free to express their opinions of parenting because their family-in-laws were not trusted them and they were confused of role identities. Although they had problems of culture difference and parenting, both of the participants could follow the different religious rituals. 3. Due to being mothers in young ages, the participants’ attitudes of parenting were deeply influenced by their family-of-origin. They were tended to ask their children to have good behavior; moreover, education was regarded as the way to change children’s future. Similar to other women, they had the pressure of having a son to carry on the family name. 4. Because their children were their hopes in Taiwan, the immigrants had paid much attention of parenting. They might take different ways of parenting for different children. Na Na, the first participant, was tended to parent her child in communicated way; however, Li Li was tended to parent her child in punished way. 5. The difficulties of parenting were from husbands’ different views of parenting and less respect from the family-in-law. Li Li sometimes might teach her child language-of-origin, but Na Na never did it because she thought it was useless in Taiwan and her mother-in-law rejected her to do so. 6. Both of the participants were full of hope of their children. They wish their children may have better future and have some kind of professional skills. Only if have their children wonderful future, it is worth working hard for the mothers. Based on the results, some conclusions and suggestions could be references.
