Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 資訊管理所 === 95 === Medical treatment industry is a high knowledge-intensive industry, because of the close relationship between medical treatment and public health. The hospital needs a valid creation, store, transaction and diffusion knowledge to enhance healthcare quality and public health. As a result, most related researches always put a point in the adoption situation of understanding the individual user and neglect the later processes of adoption, and thus they can''t cause the system to spread out organization effectively. This study was based on the innovation diffusion theory, including initiation-adoption stage, continuance use stage and infusion stage, to find out the processes and determinants of knowledge management systems which are used by physicians in hospitals. Besides, we also considered these three determinants: physician characteristics, task characteristics and innovation characteristics. This research is to adopt a questionnaire survey, in the way of mailing aimed at the physician of 97 district classes and medical center hospitals at issue. The recovering valid questionnaire is 128 and the recovery rate is 22.78%. The discriminant analysis result indicates that the physician personal traits, attitude and cognition of innovation and autonomy of task characteristic have significant impact on different stages of knowledge management system of physician diffusion.
