And because the SIP is very convenient to impelemnt and ultilize, SIP has trend of replacing H.323 slowly. So this thesis focuses on SIP Conferencing. As far as control of Floor is concerned, Floor controls and manages the relevant resources of meeting. The president of the meeting coordinates the management of the right to speak, but at the large-scale meeting, it is not everybody that can have power to make a speech. At over several hundred people''s meeting, some participants do not depend on the account number only, the administrator can know who he is. So in this thesis, we put Presence Service into Floor Control and regard it as an accessory system, with status information, user''s information of the person subscribed and certainly process. In that way, the president of the meeting judge whether the participant has the right of speaking permit or deny in order to reach optimum management mechanism.
