Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 95 === This thesis developes an automatic RF transceiver measurement system by using LabVIEW through the standard GPIB interface control. This system has features of reuse, reliability, and flexibility. The captured data can be retrieved for post processing for production statistical analysis, production yield analysis, and part tracings. Two exemplary circuits, low-noise amplifier and voltage-controlled oscillator, are measured with this developed system. The measurement accuracy is high and the measurement time is saved 77%. This system can be easily extended to measure other RF circuits.
