Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 高齡者教育所 === 95 === This thesis is purposed to study the intergenerational programs and its operation modes in the United Kingdom. This study utilizes document analysis to research the concept of the rising of intergenerational program, and its development, features, operation modes, type of exercise and practices in the United Kingdom. In addition, the deep meaning of intergenerational program and its basis of theory are also studied. The study has epitomized five operation modes which are School Type, Institution Type, Community Type, Home-service Type and Legacy Type. Studying also collected following executive features in the UK on their performing the intergenerational programs: executing programs by combining with academia and non-profit organization (NPO) what together with government fully support, established the guideline and standard of intergenerational program and practice, diversifying the programs on five operation modes, performing intergenerational program with different race of participants together, calling for international conference of intergenerational for promotion the exercises with building up net for resources. What we have earned from this study on developing the education of intergenerational program in Taiwan will be as like the inspiration as follows: by using intergenerational programs to enforce the services for the marginal crowd, by combining intergenerational programs for human resource on employing elder people, implementing the programs into normal education and promoting it into social education, correspondence to globe trend on elder education with intergenerational programs, developing native and diversified intergenerational programs, conjugating government policy into NPO on developing intergenerational programs, developing an evaluation mechanism with available value, establishing a brain trust responding to intergenerational programs correspondence to international intergenerational practices. The end of this thesis also concludes some suggestions purpose for references on designing, practicing and developing intergenerational programs in Taiwan.
