| Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 95 === Current Taiwan conscription process is complex and the required manpower, monetary costs, and time are high. In this thesis, we will survey and reexamine this process in depth, apply RFID technologies in conscription process reengineering. Goals of this thesis are given below:
(i) Reexamine and refine the current conscription process for improving its performance and reducing costs.
(ii) Study related cryptographic mechanisms and RFID technologies to design secure military service record, and operational protocols including registering, health checkup, drawing, and recruiting operations.
The intended benefits are to integrate related information systems, simplify official tasks, improving conscription process, reduce waiting time and costs.
