Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 醫務管理學研究所 === 95 === The constantly changeable factors in external environment bring a lot of challenges to management groups of medical institutes in Taiwan. The management groups of medical institutes must adopt brand-new thinking and methods to react. Especially, innovation is regard to improve the competitiveness of organizations. According to results of empirical studies, the team climate for innovation will influence the output of team innovations. Therefore, it means a lots in innovate management to understanding the factors which have effect on team climate. Among all of the power, which can impact the working environments of team members who experienced everyday, the most immediate and strongest one with influence is leadership.
This study uses the structural questionnaire to investigate administrative personnels of one medical center. The main issue of my statement is how the leadership style influences the team climate for innovation. There are three parts in the content of the questionnaire: personal information, MLQ and TCI. Totally there are 139 valid replies received of this investigation, The main methods of analyze are correlation, regression and path analysis. According to the result of my study team climate for innovation is mainly influenced by transformational leadership. The leader is really one of the important factors which influence team climate for innovation. This study can apply administrators as a reference on the innovative practice.
